Personalization

Yes! All our items include one free custom laser engraving or embroidery set-up.

If you do not want your item personalized, please specify that you want the item shipped blank in the “note to seller” upon check-out.

In most cases, yes! You can purchase additional engraving or embroidery set-ups from this listing:

First, choose the item you wish to personalize.

Then, in the item listing, there is a text box that asks "What do you want laser engraved?" Enter text, font Choice and layout instructions.

If you have an image you want to use, you can add it to your order using this listing:

Yes! We can engrave almost any font available. All you have to do is include your choice of font in the "note to seller" when you check-out.

Also, I have hundreds of amazing fonts just waiting to be used, so if you have a font style in mind, just let me know and I can offer you some font options to suit your design.

Yes! Once you place an order, a proof of the engraving or embroidery design will be e-mailed to you for your approval, usually within a couple of days. You will have an opportunity to make any necessary changes to the design before we customize your order.

Shipping

Our usual turn-around time is 3-5 business days, however some orders can take up to 8-10 days to complete. This depends on many different factors.

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, include this information in the “note to seller” during the check-out and we will do our best to get the order shipped ASAP.

If you’re really in a hurry to get the item delivered, contact the shop owner before placing your order and we can usually arrange to rush the processing in 1-2 days and expedite the shipment for an additional cost.

Customers in North America, once your order has shipped with the standard shipping option, it will take 4-10 business days for the item to arrive.
